Homemade Tortilla Chips & Guacamole!
Tortilla Chips:
- 4 small to medium sized corn tortillas
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Salt (Optional)
- Directions: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and pray with non-stick cooking spray. On a cutting board, cut each tortilla into 4 triangles. Next, lay each piece on the baking sheet, spray them lightly with the non-stick cooking spray and lightly sprinkle with salt if you’d like. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then flip them and bake for another 4-5 minutes! Keep in mind that the timing will all depend on your oven, and keep an eye on them!
Guacamole:
- 2 avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small roma tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Directions: In a bowl, mash the avocado until it becomes a smooth texture. Chop up the tomato and onion, and then add it, the lime juice, and garlic powder to the avocado. Mix it up well and enjoy with your homemade tortilla chips! :)
