I made a resolution to myself to lose at least a certain amount of weight and to be more healthy. I'm on my way but sometimes a little inspiration and motivation is helpful.

I’m pretty sure it’s the same thing Exact same thing, Mason twist was named for P90X after the director of the video Mason Bendewald.  Tony has named moves after people he knows (Fifer scissors (Scott Fifer).  Russian twists have been around longer then P90X but people who do P90X know the move from ab ripper X as Mason Twist.
