Yay finally an upper body focused workout! I don’t have many of these in my exercise gallery haha! Get yourself some light weights and do 10-12reps of these exercises;

  • curl to press
  • front and back raises
  • bent over row to rear fly
  • tricep kickbacks

Repeat two more times now :)!
